• booking 24 hours in advance is always recommended.
• walk-ins are welcome
• group party booking- 2 to 4 weeks recommended

• please add removal if you need it (not booking a removal might result to appointment being cancelled and no refund), cases where there is a client right after you.

• extra guests are more than welcome, please be considerate.

• cancel/reschedule 24hrs before your booked appointment via email/text.
• less than 24hrs cancellation will result in the loss of any money paid.
• cancellation of service during service or changing to a lesser service will result to no refund. The time booked could have been booked by someone else. 
• no show/call will result in the possibility of no future appointment and no refund.
• no refund for same day booking and cancellation. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability. 

   •  no refund on cancellations for group parties.

• ten minute grace period and your appointment will be canceled and no refund.
• may be denied other services like nail art due to time constraints and no refund.
